The Elcan SpecterDR 1x-4x Dual Role Optical Sight is a revolutionary combat optical sight, known for being the world’s first to offer a truly dual field of view. This feature allows the user to instantly switch between a 4x magnified sight and a 1x Close Quarter Battle (CQB) sight with just the flip of a lever. This functionality sets it apart from traditional zoom sights by offering an optimized optical path and consistent eye relief in both magnification modes.

- Magnification: It offers a versatile range of 4x and 1x magnification, allowing for effective use in both medium-range and close-quarter engagements.
- Field of View: In the 1x mode, it boasts an exceptionally large field of view, the largest in its class. While in the 4x mode, it provides a generous field of view along with long eye relief and the renowned crystal clear image quality of ELCAN optics.
- Reticle Options: The SpecterDR comes with a dual-thickness ballistic crosshair with a user-selectable red dot, VSOR rangefinder, and area fire circles. The aiming dot diameter is 1.5 MoA at 4x and 6 MoA at 1x.
- Illumination: It features a battery-powered LED for crosshair illumination with five settings compatible with AN/PVS-22.
- Durability: Designed to withstand the rigors of professional use, its construction is robust and reliable.
- Additional Options: The sight can be equipped with optional adjustable A.R.M.S. levers and the XOPTEK™ Micro Reflex Sight for enhanced performance.
