Adaptor for 308 Rifles:
- To use this Hand Guard with a DPMS LR-308 or Aero Precision M5 compatible (308 sized) receiver, you will need to replace the AR-15 barrel nut with our 787-15060 LR308 DPMS barrel nut. This nut is threaded 1-7/16 – 16 TPI to fit the larger 308 sized receiver.

• Forends work with all barrel types that will work with a standard Delta ring.
• Will not fit rifles with Piston Gas Systems.
• Will fit older model ARs and M-16s with triangular shaped handguard.
• Barrel Nut Torque specs: 30-80 ft/lbs
