CNC-Machined Disconnector for MK II and MK III

This MKII/MKIII Disconnector is CNC-Machined from 416 stainless steel (the factory disconnector is a sheet metal stamping). The machining process allows several design changes to the the way the disconnector functions. We have added material that increases rigidity over the factory part. This increased rigidity not only improves trigger pull but also will improve overall functioning as it will prevent any binding or interference that can be found on the factory part.

This CNC-machined design also features an integral pin without the step found on the factory part. We have also machined the pin that comes in contact with the trigger plunger round to reduce friction as it moves over the trigger plunger.
