The government profile barrel has a 1:8 twist rate and utilizes a mid-length gas system with a 0.750-inch gas block size. Constructed from 7075-T6 aluminum, the upper receiver is anodized for durability, matched with an 8620 alloy steel bolt carrier group treated with a nitride finish for optimal reliability. The freefloat M-Lok handguard, made from aircraft-grade aluminum, is finished with Type III hard coat anodizing in black, providing lightweight yet robust attachment points for accessories. The assembly includes an AR-15/AR-10 .308 TPI GI birdcage flash hider.
