The Three Hundo 16-inch AR-15 .300 Blackout Rifle Upper Build Kit from Davidson Defense features a 16-inch HBAR profile barrel, made from 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium steel, with a phosphate finish. It has a 1:8 twist rate and 5/8×24 thread pitch. The gas system is pistol length and paired with a 0.75-inch gas block. The upper receiver is constructed from 7075-T6 aluminum and anodized. The 15-inch free float quad rail handguard, crafted from aircraft-grade aluminum in black, provides ample space for attachments while maintaining a lightweight profile. The build is completed with a GI Birdcage flash hider and a muzzle thread pitch of 1/2×28.
